Pakistan Gushtingiri Federation**

The Pakistan Gushtingiri Federation (PGF) is the officially recognized governing body for the sport of Gushtingiri (گوشتینگیری) in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Operating from its headquarters in Multan, the Federation is duly registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) of Pakistan and is a proud, valid member of the International Gushtingiri Federation (IGGF) under the leadership of its President, Mr. Furqan Ahmad Khan.
Official Status & Governance
The PGF holds the distinct mandate to promote, develop, and regulate the traditional and modern competitive practice of Gushtingiri across all provinces and territories of Pakistan. Its official registration and tax-compliant status (Registration No: 3630223871639) with the Government of Pakistan affirm its legitimacy and structured operation within the national sports landscape.
The Federation's core mission is to revive and champion Gushtingiri as a premier traditional sport. Its vision is to elevate Pakistani athletes to the highest levels of international competition, safeguard the sport's cultural heritage, and foster values of strength, discipline, and sportsmanship among the youth of Pakistan.
The Pakistan Gushtingiri Federation is an active and accredited member of the global Gushtingiri community. Under the auspices of the International Gushtingiri Federation (IGF), the PGF is responsible for selecting, training, and fielding the Pakistan National Gushtingiri Team to all official IGF-sanctioned World Championships and international events.
The Federation is led by its President, Mr. Furqan Ahmad Khan, who oversees its strategic direction and development. The PGF operates from its registered office in Multan (E-2147, Shalimar Colony, Multan Cantt.) and is supported by a dedicated committee of sports administrators and technical officials.
